Senate Republicans Press Justices To Back Canning Ruling

Circuit was right to repudiate a presidential “power grab” and hold that three recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board were unconstitutional, Senate Republicans said Tuesday, urging the U.S. Supreme Court to take the blockbuster Noel Canning case.
