Ex-Faruqi Atty Didn't Report Assault Claims Before Quitting

Law360, Los Angeles (May 28, 2013, 10:15 PM EDT) -- A former Faruqi & Faruqi LLP associate alleging in a $10 million lawsuit that the firm tolerated a senior partner’s sexual assaults told a New York federal judge on Tuesday that she didn't inform the firm's owners about the allegations when she resigned.
