Lock Co. Moves To Nix Greenberg IP Malpractice Subpoenas

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Lock maker Wyers Products Group Inc. said Tuesday that Greenberg Traurig LLP has issued overbroad subpoenas “astonishing in their breadth” to Wyers’ counsel Lathrop & Gage LLP in a malpractice suit claiming Greenberg attorneys cost it an $8 million patent award in the Federal Circuit.
