EPA's Updated Renewable Fuel Goals May Give Biogas A Lift

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently floated revisions to its controversial renewable fuel standards program that would allow biogas-generated electricity to meet the program's requirements, a move attorneys say could drive a new market for the biogas industry and help fuel blenders and refiners meet the agency's tough renewable fuel goals.
