Insurer Says Holmes Weddle Isn't Owed Malpractice Coverage

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 1:55 PM EDT) -- Federal Insurance Co. sued Holmes Weddle & Barcott PC in Washington federal court Tuesday, seeking a ruling that it doesn't have to cover the law firm in a malpractice case stemming from a $1.7 million judgment in an underlying employee injury suit.
