Hep C Test Injunction Against Abbott Reversed

Law360 (January 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court on Thursday reversed part of a district court ruling in a long-standing patent dispute over hepatitis C virus testing, ruling that the lower court’s injunction barring Abbott Laboratories from selling its test was an abuse of discretion.
