Pa. High Court Says Employment Offer Letters Aren't Binding

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that a lower court erred when it refused to honor a noncompetition covenant that was mentioned in a company's employment agreement but wasn't mentioned in its initial offer letter, saying the offer letter wasn't an employment contract.
