Calif. Appeals Court Finds No Conflict For Firm Repping LLC

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court found Tuesday that a law firm can simultaneously represent a limited liability company, its managing member and that partnership's manager, ruling that Hart King & Coldren's representation of real estate investor Havasu Lakeshore Investments LLC presented no conflict of interest.
