Enviros Settle Challenge To $650M Georgia River Project

Law360, Washington (May 29, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- A South Carolina federal judge on Wednesday signed off on the settlement of a challenge to a $652 million project to deepen a shipping channel in the Savannah River, praising environmental groups, state government and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for working together to close the case.
