Atty Says Former Firm Stiffed Him On $8M Fee Award

Law360, Los Angeles (May 30, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles employment attorney filed a breach of partnership agreement suit Wednesday alleging former Jones Bell Abbott Fleming & Fitzgerald LLP colleagues skimmed from his share of an $8 million class action fee award to keep the firm financially afloat.
