Quinn Barlo Can't Dodge EU's €8M Acrylic Glass Cartel Fine

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 3:25 PM EDT) -- The European Union’s high court on Thursday struck down Quinn Barlo Ltd.’s attempt to escape an €8.25 million ($10.76 million) fine imposed against it after EU antitrust regulators determined that the company fixed prices on acrylic glass and engaged in other anti-competitive behavior.
