Judge Refuses To Dismiss AOL, PurchasePro Cases

Law360, New York (January 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has rebuffed attempts by four former executives to dismiss suits brought against them by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission alleging they schemed to inflate the revenues of PurchasePro.com Inc.

In four separate decisions Wednesday, Judge Gladys Kessler of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied the summary judgment motions of John Tuli, Kent Wakeford, Christopher Benyo and Michael Kennedy, who all worked at units of America Online Inc. or PurchasePro.
