Judge Won't Bar Ex-Gutride Safier Partner's Petitions

Law360, San Francisco (May 30, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge refused Thursday to block an ex-Gutride Safier LLP partner from filing motions in his former firm's ongoing cases, finding no solid evidence that his actions violate an agreement he made when he left the firm or that they will cause the firm irreparable harm.
