US To Probe Ukraine's IP Laws After Unflattering Report

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- The office of the U.S. Trade Representative said Thursday that it would open an investigation into Ukraine's intellectual property regime following publication of an agency report that labeled the nation's IP practices as one of the world's worst.
