Pa. Couple Appeals Finding That Fracking Didn’t Taint Well

Law360, Philadelphia (May 30, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- A northeast Pennsylvania couple on Wednesday launched an appeal challenging the state Department of Environmental Protection’s conclusion that hydraulic fracturing at natural gas wells near the property was not the cause of methane contamination of their well water.
