Dorsey & Whitney Partner Named Minn. Bankruptcy Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (May 30, 2013, 8:20 PM EDT) -- A Minneapolis-based Dorsey & Whitney LLP partner in the firm’s finance and restructuring department has been appointed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit as a U.S. bankruptcy judge for the District of Minnesota, Dorsey announced Thursday.

The firm said the Eighth Circuit's Chief Judge William J. Riley announced the appointment of Katherine A. Constantine earlier this week.
