Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A key Queensland state official has greenlighted the environmental review of a $4.2 billion (US$4 billion) coal mine project in Australia proposed by a joint venture of Hancock Prospecting Pty. Ltd. and India's GVK Industries Ltd., according to a Friday statement.
