Firm Urges Pa. High Court To Save Venue Transfer Precedent

Law360, Philadelphia (May 31, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania law firm that was sued over abuse of civil process asked the state's Supreme Court on Wednesday to reinstate a trial court's venue transfer order, arguing the standard the appeals court set when it overturned the order would cut into trial courts' discretion over cases.
