Enviros Say EPA Ignoring Pa.'s Lax Emissions Standards

Law360, Philadelphia (June 3, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- The Clean Air Council on Thursday announced that it intends to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for ignoring a petition alleging the state of Pennsylvania failed to meet federal requirements in limiting emissions stemming from drilling activities.
