GOP Plans 2nd Push For Repeal Of ACA 'Slush Fund'

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 7:43 PM EDT) -- House Republicans will again advance a bill in June designed to repeal an Affordable Care Act “slush fund” and use the money to instead set up state insurance pools for people with pre-existing conditions, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., revealed Friday.
