Axiom Wins Infringement Ruling In Device Trademark Row

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Saturday ruled in favor of medical device maker Axiom Worldwide Inc. in a suit accusing a Chinese company and several former Axiom employees of making counterfeit Axiom devices and trying to steal its trademarks, finding it owned the trademarks in dispute.
