Rohm & Haas Spill Suit Needs 2nd Look, Appeals Court Says

Law360, Philadelphia (June 3, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court said Friday that it would not consider an appeal in a suit alleging that Rohm & Haas Co. improperly disposed of hazardous chemicals until a county judge submitted an opinion explaining his ruling that the company’s activity was not abnormally dangerous.
