Mining Firm's Coal Ash Permits Proper, Pa. Regulators Say

Law360, Philadelphia (June 3, 2013, 5:59 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania environmental regulators on Friday shot down an appeal challenging permits for a coal ash disposal and mine reclamation project after ruling that homeowners near the site had not proven their private well water was at risk for contamination.
