CIT Misclassified Importers' Hole Punchers, Fed. Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Wilton Industries Inc. urged the Federal Circuit on Thursday to reverse a U.S. Court of International Trade finding that its paper punches should be classified as hand tools subject to tariffs, saying the lower court disregarded a commonly used rule of statutory construction in finding for the government.
