Court Rules for DLF in Patent Suit v. Lundbeck

Law360, New York (November 26, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Danish pharmaceutical company H. Lundbeck lost an appeal case regarding patent infringement brought by Danish generic drug maker Dansk Laegemiddelforsyning (DLF), Danish daily Jyllands-Posten reported.

DLF had appealed a court ruling from Sep. 5, 2003 that ordered it to stop selling a generic version of Lundbeck's antidepressant Cipramil in Denmark.

DLF will try to re-launch its generic version of Cipramil within 14 days, an executive told Jyllands-Posten.
