Quorum Fight Needn't Halt NLRB Injunction Bid, DC Circ. Told

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Monday urged the D.C. Circuit to reject Santa Fe Tortilla Co.'s push to halt the board's bid for an injunction against it while the appeals court determines whether the NLRB has the authority to seek such relief in the wake of the Noel Canning decision.
