High Court Agrees To Hear Wyeth Drug-Labeling Case

Law360 (January 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court decided Friday to listen to the pleas of Wyeth and consider a case that could have far-reaching implications for product liability lawsuits.
