EEOC Urges 6th Circ. To Revive Kaplan Credit Check Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 2:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission told the Sixth Circuit on Monday that a lower court incorrectly excluded its expert from a discrimination suit over Kaplan Inc.'s use of credit checks in hiring and therefore improperly nixed the case.
