Mylan Must Produce Blood Pressure Meds In Apotex IP Row

Law360, Los Angeles (June 4, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday granted in part Apotex Inc.'s motion to compel discovery of Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s quinapril products in a patent infringement lawsuit over blood pressure medication development methods, ruling it is entitled to view the products if they are relevant to the case.
