DHL Escapes $25M Contract Judgment In 10th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (June 4, 2013, 6:30 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday reversed $25 million in damages against DHL Express USA Inc., ruling that damages stemming from DHL's discontinuance of domestic shipping services in 2009 should be limited to a 180-day notice period provided in DHL's agreements with a reseller.
