Judge Lays Out Prempro Case Timetable

Law360, New York (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing the Prempro suit has set the trial timetable, awarding the plaintiff 50% of the total time and each of the defendants 25% to present their respective cases on whether the controversial hormone replacement drug causes breast cancer.

On Thursday, U.S. District Judge William Wilson scheduled the time limits for the Prempro case brought by plaintiff Donna Scroggin, encouraging both sides to whittle down their arguments as they head into the proceedings.
