Dems Urge OMB To Speed Review Of Key Regulations

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A bicameral group of Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday urged the White House Office of Management and Budget to stop dragging its feet on regulatory reviews, saying the delays were blocking the implementation of several key environmental, energy and employment rules.
