DOI Extends Fracking Rule Feedback By 60 Days

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 3:10 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration will extend the public comment period for its controversial, recently unveiled rule for hydraulic fracturing on federal lands for an additional 60 days, U.S. Interior Secretary Sally Jewell said Thursday.
