FTC Can Collect On Civil Contempt Debt, 11th Circ. Says

Law360, Miami (June 6, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday rejected the argument of former debt collectors that a district court erred when it converted an equitable disgorgement ruling against them into a standard money judgment in a $40 billion Federal Trade Commission Act case.
