Fla. Fires Back At DOL In Unemployment Benefits Bias Probe

Law360, Miami (June 6, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- A Florida state agency on Wednesday shot back at federal labor regulators that had deemed the state's requirements for unemployment insurance applicants a violation of a civil rights law by asking Congress to investigate what it calls misconduct on the part of the U.S. Department of Labor.
