Obama Trade Rep. Nominee To Push For Fast-Track Authority

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- The White House nominee for U.S. trade representative told a U.S Senate panel Thursday that he would seek so-called trade promotion authority to fast-track trade deals, including a free-trade deal with 12 Pacific countries accounting for a third of global trade.
