Standard Chartered Wins 11th Circ. Nod On Account Freeze

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday backed a Florida federal court that had cleared Standard Chartered Bank International Ltd. of tortious interference allegations, rejecting an international tourism company's claims that the bank had intentionally interfered in its business by freezing its account.
