Actis, Mainstream Team Up On $1.4B Chile Renewables Project

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 2:02 PM EDT) -- London private equity house Actis LLP and Mainstream Renewable Power Ltd. will team up to develop $1.4 billion in wind and solar projects in Chile, the companies said Friday, a move meant to help insulate the country's mining industry from electricity shortages.
