Law360, Philadelphia (June 7, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- Former Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin on Wednesday claimed she received no fair warning that a rule violation could result in criminal penalties, which is one of the arguments she’ll pursue as she appeals a February corruption conviction that forced her from the bench just three years after taking office.
