Huntsman Names Ex-BASF Exec As New General Counsel

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- Texas-based chemical giant Huntsman Corp. has landed rival BASF Corp.’s senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer to join the company as its new general counsel starting Monday, the company announced Thursday.

David Stryker succeeds Huntsman’s executive vice president, general counsel and secretary Jim Moore, who is retiring after 15 years with the chemical company.
