Claims Trimmed In Abbott Baby Formula Contamination Suit

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 4:23 PM EDT) -- Abbott Laboratories has won a mixed ruling in a case alleging contaminated infant formula caused a baby’s meningitis and related severe brain damage, with an Iowa federal judge tossing several claims from the suit but keeping the plaintiff’s expert testimony in play.
