Fed. Circ. Nixes Patent Bid For System To Research Prior Art

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 5:18 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday affirmed the rejection of a patent application for an invention to help select prior art to send to the U.S. Patent Trademark Office as part of an application, finding the claims in the application were anticipated by an earlier invention.
