New Orrick Chairman Cuts Executive, Staff Ranks

Law360, New York (June 7, 2013, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A management shakeup at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has left the firm’s expansive executive staff down two members, and a third recently resigned and may not be replaced, the firm chairman confirmed Friday.

Two executive positions — human resources officer and knowledge management officer — were permanently eliminated last month, said Orrick chairman Mitchell Zuklie.
