Morrison & Foerster Picks Up FTC Attorney

Law360 (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has snatched from the Federal Trade Commission a trial attorney who specializes on the cross between intellectual property and antitrust law and is keen to delve further into that growing area of litigation.

Sean Gates became a partner in Morrison & Foerster's Los Angeles office last week, after spending three and a half years as deputy assistant director in the FTC's anti-competitive practices division.
