EnerSys Seeks Payday From Exide Trademark Row

Law360, Wilmington (June 7, 2013, 10:05 PM EDT) -- Battery maker EnerSys Delaware Inc. launched a suit Friday against industry rival Exide Technologies, seeking restitution for the four-year span when Exide managed to reclaim the “Exide” trademark it had handed over to EnerSys as part of a $135 million deal.
