NJ Assembly Panel OKs Fee Hikes For Court E-Filing System

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Assembly’s Judiciary Committee on Monday approved a measure that would fund the creation of an electronic filing system for the courts by hiking certain court fees and also fund the struggling Legal Services of New Jersey, which provides legal assistance to the poor.
