High Court Won't Revive $17.5M Exxon Asbestos Verdict

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 3:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected efforts to reinstate a $17.5 million asbestos verdict against ExxonMobil Corp. in a dispute over the extent to which ship owners are required to intervene in protecting the safety of shipyard workers.
