Report Foresees Cap-And-Trade Emissions Rules

Law360 (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A think tank for public utilities has issued a report advising state commissions on how best to deal with the likely impending federal greenhouse gas legislation that would implement a cap-and-trade system in electricity regulation.

The National Regulatory Research Institute released "State Commission Electricity Regulation Under a Federal Greenhouse Gas Cap-and-Trade Policy" on Wednesday.
