White House Drops Effort To Restrict OTC Morning-After Pills

Law360, Los Angeles (June 10, 2013, 9:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice will no longer attempt to block an order directing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to provide Plan B One-Step emergency contraception without a prescription to girls and women of all ages, according to a letter filed in New York federal court Monday.
