Ex-Stiefel Employee Says Co. Bilked Him Of Full Stock Price

Law360, Miami (June 11, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A former Stiefel Laboratories Inc. employee on Tuesday asked a Florida federal court to grant him at least partial summary judgment in his suit accusing the company's directors of tricking employees into selling Stiefel shares back to the company at artificially low prices just before it was bought by GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
